Check your Network cable or WiFi connection. If you are out of the office do you have VPN connection. If you are in office, Logoff or reboot your computer and try again.
Hold the power button for 10 seconds until unit is completely off. Disconnect all usb devices except for keyboard and mouse. Power on your system.
If using Outlook, exit and logoff. Once you are logged on , Hold onto the Ctrl key on your keyboard and open Outlook, this will open Outlook in SafeMode, refresh your email and exit outlook. Now open Outlook and test.
